Previous/Annual Events
	Piano Celebration has local pianists of the Quad Cities and surrounding areas showcase their piano playing talent while raising money for the Iowa City Ronald McDonald House. Check the Piano Celebration Facebook page and Piano Celebration website for more info!Held every year in April at Northpark Mall in Davenport, IA.
	The Clavinova Festival is an event where students create an accompaniment to a song they love on a Yamaha CVP Clavinova and compete for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, H.M. in their division. Winners play at St. Ambrose for the finale. There is also a drawing to win a piano. Held every year in November at Foster Family Music
	The Baroque Festival is held every year in December at Foster Family Music where each student performs one piece from the Baroque period plus one piece from a contrasting musical period. 	Foster Family Music Center holds numerous teacher workshops throughout the year. The photo on the left shows our fantastic music buyer Becki Evans, Phillip Keveren, and our Marketing Director/Operations Jessica Speer at our Music Teacher Workshop in 2012 where Phillip shared teahing ideas and materials with Quad City area piano teachers.
